Dr. Kelsey Millonig is a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon and is elated to serve the people of her home state, Iowa. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes in foot and ankle surgery with innovative techniques, research, and leadership. Dr. Millonig offers expertise in minimally invasive surgery (bunions, hammertoes, flatfoot), limb deformity correction and lengthening(clubfoot, congenital defects, brachymetatarsia, or traumatic deformity), orthoplastic reconstruction (soft tissue injury), nerve injury, charcot neuroarthropathy, arthritis, total ankle replacement, and traumatic injuries. With her extensive athletic background she also enjoys treating athletes with sports injuries allowing them resume competitive activity.

Mr Ray is double international fellowship trained in Sydney, Australia and Toronto, Canada. He won the prestigious BOFAS Gold fellowship award for his time in Sydney. He initially worked as Consultant foot and ankle surgeon at the world renowned St George’s Hospital major trauma centre. He has moved his NHS practice to Kings College Hospital Foundation trust do develop and modernise the elective foot and ankle service at the South sites. Mr Ray has some of the most advanced training in minimally invasive surgery amongst UK surgeons and endevours to deliver high quality, safe, modern treatments to his patients.

Dr. Sugino is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon specializing in comprehensive reconstruction of the foot and ankle. She is board certified in foot and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). Dr. Sugino advanced her surgical and clinical training by completing an additional year of fellowship at the Newport Advanced Foot & Ankle Fellowship in Newport Beach, CA. Her training focused on reconstructive forefoot, hindfoot and ankle surgery, including complex Charcot reconstructions utilizing Ilizarov external fixators, limb deformity correction, lower extremity trauma, sports medicine, total ankle replacement, and plastics procedures including advanced muscle, adipofascial and skin flaps for limb salvage. Prior to fellowship, Dr. Sugino completed a three-year podiatric surgical residency at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, IL where she trained at the prestigious Weil Foot & Ankle Institute. Simultaneously, she completed a Dermatopathology Fellowship that specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of numerous skin and soft tissue disorders including skin cancer with Bako Pathology in Alpharetta, GA. She received her medical education from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Sugino grew up in Wailuku, HI and received her B.S. in Biology, Minor in Music, and M.S. in Molecular Biology Infectious Disease from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Dr. Sugino has been very active in research throughout her training, and she has multiple awards for her work. She is a speaker at many conferences around the country, and she is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) and the American Microsurgical Orthoplastic Society (AMOS). Dr. Sugino is recognized as a devoted patient advocate who focuses on advancing patient care through research, education, and treating patients like family. She incorporates evidence-based medicine and the most advanced treatments and technologies specific to each patient. Her passion in research and remaining current on the latest studies has a large influence on how she guides individualized patient care. Dr. Sugino enjoys training for marathons, soccer, hiking, camping, surfing, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Jason, and their rescue dog, Foxy.

Dr. Michael Campbell is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists who specializes in conditions of the foot & ankle. Dr. Campbell’s practice is aimed at a wide variety of patients, including athletes and the physically active. Committed to obtaining the best outcomes for his patients, Dr. Michael Campbell is a designer of the new DynaBunion™ implant system and routinely teaching surgeons around the country about state-of-the-art bunion correction.  In addition, he regularly performs minimally invasive and complex foot and ankle surgery, including total ankle replacement. Dr. Campbell was also named a Health Care Hero Award Winner for his advancements in surgical healthcare.

Vytautas Ringus MD is originally from Chicago. He attended Cornell University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and received his

Doctor of Medicine degree in 2004. He completed his internship and residency at West Virginia University in 2009 and completed a foot and ankle fellowship in Columbus Ohio at the Orthopaedic and Foot and Ankle Center of Westerville in 2010. Dr. Ringus joined OSC in 2010.

Dr. Ringus is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is a member of American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS), Active Fellow Member American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Member of the AOSSM (American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine), Past President and current Presidential Advisory Committee of Orthopaedic Society of Oklahoma. Dr. Ringus was named Top Orthopedic Surgeon by 405 Magazine in 2021.

Dr. Ringus is a fellowship trained foot an ankle surgeon with specialty training in complex foot and ankle reconstruction including forefoot, midfoot, and hindfoot reconstruction, including total ankle replacement, cartilage grafting, resurfacing, external fixation, and lower extremity trauma. In addition, he has extensive experience in sports medicine, general orthopedics, reconstructing ligamentous injuries and performing ankle arthroscopy (anteriorly and posteriorly).

Dr. Ringus is very active in his community. Jeffrey Dikis, DPM currently practices as a partner with McFarland Clinic, Iowa’s largest physician-owned multispecialty clinic. After residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, he worked at an orthopedic group in Tennessee before moving home to Iowa. He is certified in foot surgery and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He serves as clinical faculty with the Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Dikis has extensive training in Arthroscopy, Trauma, Sports Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, and has taught and lectured at national educational conferences and courses.

He is the host and creator of the popular Pod Patrol podcast, an entertainment and educational podcast, covering topics of the foot and ankle with both podiatric and orthopedic colleagues. He is one-half of the instagram tandem FootDocDuo, producing educational content. He has authored research papers in both The Foot and Foot & Ankle International.

He is married to his wife, Ashley, also a podiatric surgeon, and has two young boys. He enjoys music and plays the piano and drums. He is an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan and enjoys coaching his kids’ soccer and basketball teams.

Dr. Kelly is an Assistant Professor of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Mount Sinai specializing in foot and ankle disorders for patients 16 years of age and older. Prior to medical school Dr. Kelly received her PhD in physiology and biophysics from Boston University School of Medicine researching cellular metabolism and the effects of exercise.  She continued her work as a post-doctoral fellow at Boston University and then at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark. She then began her medical training at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry where she completed her medical degree with a special focus in medical education.  She remained at the University of Rochester for residency where she completed the research track.  She then completed a foot and ankle fellowship at the University of California at Davis/Reno Orthopaedic Clinic. Her unique background of both clinical and basic science research has resulted in a numerous publications in both the basic science and orthopaedic literature and has presented her work at both national and international meetings. In addition, she is also involved with the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society serving on the health policy and humanitarian committees and a member of the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society.

"Dr. Elizabeth Martin is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon in the Brigham Division of Foot and Ankle and a member of the faculty at Harvard Medical School.  She specializes in complex reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Her clinical interests include foot and ankle trauma, post-traumatic pain, sports injuries, foot and ankle arthritis and deformities such as painful flatfoot and bunions. Her research interests include foot and ankle trauma, improving quality of life for foot and ankle patients and orthopaedic education. Dr. Martin provides compassionate, experienced surgical and nonsurgical care of the foot and ankle for patients of all ages and lifestyles. Her practice philosophy is to share the decision-making process with her patients: to discuss options and work together to create an individualized care plan.  She derives the most satisfaction from seeing her patients’ pain decrease and function improve. Dr. Perez is a board-certified, fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon specializing in sports-related injuries, total ankle replacement, ligament and tendon repair/reconstruction, minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques, complex/revisional deformity correction, bunions and hammertoes, arthritis, neurologic conditions and trauma to the lower extremity including fracture care.

After a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida, he completed his medical training at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine followed by a surgical residency at Dekalb Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia as well as the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia. He subsequently completed the Pennsylvania Intensive Lower Extremity Fellowship with advanced training in adult and pediatric foot and ankle reconstruction, total ankle replacement, and management of acute and chronic complex foot and ankle trauma.

Dr. Abicht is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon practicing for over a decade at Gundersen Health System (GHS) in La Crosse, WI. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and currently serves as department chair for the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Department at Gundersen Health System. Dr. Abicht is actively involved in medical education, medical leadership, as well as research with regular publications in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks. Additionally, he serves on the editorial board for multiple journals. Dr. Abicht is a leading surgeon innovator within the foot and ankle space, with particular interests in percutaneous and MIS techniques as well as emerging technologies that advance patient care. He regularly lectures nationally and internationally on related foot and ankle topics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and two sons.

Dr. Corine Creech is a board-certified podiatric surgeon at Inova. She specializes in surgical intervention of the foot and ankle, with a wide range of interests including correction of bunions and hammertoes, tendon disorder repair, complex deformity correction, limb salvage, trauma care, arthritis prevention and repair, and total ankle replacement. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Creech completed her podiatric medical education at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her residency training at Temple University Hospital, a large, inner-city Level 1 Trauma Center, where she underwent extensive training in foot and ankle surgery and reconstruction. Dr. Creech is a national and international lecturer on minimally invasive surgical solutions for bunions and hammertoes, Achilles damage and trauma, fractures, and arthritis. She has authored numerous textbook chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Creech is passionate about education and research. She is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the Journal of the American Podiatric Medicine Association. She serves on Inova Fairfax Medical Campus’s foot and ankle surgery residency training committee and as the program’s research director. Having gone through several lower extremity surgeries herself, as well as competing as a Division I college athlete, Dr. Creech offers a unique and compassionate approach to patient care and recovery. She is passionate about patient care and communication. Dr. Creech is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she also played varsity soccer for four years.

Dr Peter Lam is a nationally and internationally recognised orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon. He has particular expertise in sports related injuries of the foot and ankle including the latest techniques in minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for the correction of bunions and certain forefoot deformities and arthritis of the big toe metatarsophalangeal joint. He also offers ligament reconstruction, realignment surgery and treatment of ankle/hindfoot arthritis.

I am a Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Foot and Ankle Surgery. I completed my training in South East London and currently on an international specialist minimally invasive surgery and arthroscopy educational fellowship in Sydney. I have a strong research background with over 80 publications and 100 international and national presentations spanning research projects in trauma & orthopaedic surgery, anatomy, medical education and mobile health. Over the course of my career, I have secured grant awards of over £50,000 demonstrating my ability to secure funding for research projects. I am actively engaged in surgical education, regularly teaching and mentoring junior colleagues for which I was recognised by being awarded the Silver Suture National Trainee Trainer of the Year in 2021.
